to about 7 foot over the exposed sea areas. Winds are foreseen to decrease a
little onto mid week and result in seas relaxing somewhat.

Visibility:
15 to 25 kilometer in a somewhat hazy condition.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots).
Occasional gusts to strong; force 6 (40 to 50 km/h, 22 to 27 knots).

Moderate with wave heights between 1 and 1.5 meter (3 and 6 feet).

Synopsis....High pressure over the central Atlantic will support
strong to near gale E to SE winds near the Gulf of Honduras,
with fresh to strong winds expected in the south-central basin

result of the increasing winds. Gentle to moderate winds are
expected elsewhere through most of the week. Meanwhile, haze due
to agricultural fires in Central America continues across some
areas of the northwestern Caribbean.
