Synopsis:
A gradual steepening pressure gradient will most likely cause moderate to strong
and possible near gale force wind over the forecast sea area, provoking locally
above normal wind driven waves. Wave action could peak to 8 foot over the
exposed waters. Moderating wind and sea are expected later during the weekend.
Weather:
Partly cloudy and a chance of an isolated shower.
Visibility:
20 to 30 kilometer. Deteriorates further in possible rain activity.
Winds:
Easterly and moderate fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots).
Occasional higher gusts, strong to possibly near gale force; force 6 to 7 (40 to
61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).
Seas:
Moderate to fairly rough over the open waters with wave heights between 1 and 2
meters (3 and 7 feet).

Synopsis.....The pressure gradient between Atlantic high pressure
and the Colombian low will support fresh to strong winds over
the central Caribbean through the end of the week. Fresh to
strong northeast winds and moderate to rough seas in the Windward
Passage are expected through the end of the week. Elsewhere,
moderate to fresh winds will prevail.
