Boletin semanal 20 Nov te ku 26 Nov 2023
Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Thursday evening
18:00 l.t., June 26, 2025.
Issued:
Wednesday June 25, 2025, 17:50 l.t. (21:50 UTC).
Weather:
Clear and hazy skies, sometimes with brisk winds. In the after night
and morning, becoming cloudy at times with a few brief showers.
Forecast high will be 31ºC, and the low will be 27ºC.
Sunrise will occur at 06:14 and sunset at 19:04.
Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21
knots). Occasionally strong and mainly in the day to possibly near gale in
gusts; force 6 to 7 (40 to 61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).
Synopsis:
The Atlantic high will continue to generate moderate and fresh breezes
to occasionally near-gale-force winds across the region over the next day or so.
Patches of low level clouds drifting along the wind flow will likely produce
some showers over the area of our island during the next 24 hours. Besides, the
presence of Saharan dust with relatively significant concentration will lead to
a reduction in visibility and air quality. People who are highly sensitive,
especially those with allergies or respiratory conditions, should take the
necessary precautions.
Sea conditions:
Moderate to locally fairly rough with wave heights of 1 to 2
meter (3 to 7 feet). Boaters and sea bathers are advised to stay within a
limited distance of the coast, due to rough seas and reduction in visibility.
Significant tropical weather systems:
None.
Special features:
None.
Outlook until Friday evening:
Except for less winds, do not foresee significant
changes in the weather condition.
Forecaster:
Coffie
The next weather forecast will be issued on Wednesday 17:00 l.t. (21:00 UTC).
