Issued:
Monday June 16, 2025, 05:00 l.t. (09:00 UTC).

Weather:
Sunny to partly cloudy sky and generally dry. Somewhat hazy with an occasional brisk wind. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:11 and sunset at 19:02.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong in gusts; force 6 (40 to 50 km/h, 22 to 27 knots).

Synopsis:
Weather conditions over the region will be mostly clear with occasionally strong winds, as the Atlantic high coupled with a relatively dry air stream, continue to prevail over the next 24 hours. A slight low level moist increase over the area of our island however during tonight, could lead to shower activity of little significance into the morning.

Sea conditions:
Moderate to locally slightly rough with wave heights of 1 to 2 meter (3 to 7 feet). The highest waves will continue over the exposed sea area, north and east of the island. Boaters are advised to exercise caution in these conditions.

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Wednesday morning:
Partly cloudy with a chance of an isolated shower.

Forecaster:
Coffie
