Forecast

Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Wednesday midday 12:00 l.t., June 18, 2025.

Issued:
Tuesday June 17, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).

Weather:
Partly cloudy and generally dry with some haze today; tomorrow will be occasionally cloudy with a few local showers. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:12 and sunset at 19:02.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong in gusts; force 6 (40 to 50 km/h, 22 to 27 knots).

Synopsis:
A relatively stable atmosphere is inhibiting significant cloud development and will result in generally dry weather conditions today. The extension of an Atlantic high-pressure system will bring moderate to occasionally strong winds across the region. Low concentrations of fine Saharan dust remain present in the air; while it poses no major threat, individuals most sensitive to allergies or respiratory conditions are advised to exercise caution. By early tomorrow morning, an influx of moisture from easterly winds is expected to bring some local showers to the island.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights between 1.5 and 2 meters (4 and 7 feet). The highest waves are mainly located to the north of the island.

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Thursday midday:
Partly cloudy with a chance of a few local showers expected. Saharan dust concentrations will further decrease.

Forecaster:
Kasmani.

The next weather forecast will be issued on Tuesday 17:00 l.t. (21:00 UTC).
