Forecast

Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Thursday midday 12:00 l.t., June 26, 2025.

Issued:
Wednesday June 25, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).

Weather:
Partly to occasionally cloudy with generally dry and hazy conditions. Tomorrow morning, there is a chance of a few local showers. Forecast high will be 31ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:13 and sunset at 19:04.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong to possibly near gale in gusts; force 6 to 7 (40 to 61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).

Synopsis:
The presence of fine Saharan dust over the ABC Islands will lead to weak instability. As a result, generally dry weather conditions will persist today and will limit significant shower activity. A reduction in visibility and air quality is also expected. People who are highly sensitive, especially those with allergies or respiratory conditions, should take the necessary precautions. By tomorrow morning, an influx of cloud patches from the southeast may lead to a few local showers on our island. Furthermore, an extension of a high-pressure system will result in moderate to occasionally near-gale-force winds.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights of 1 to 2 meters (3 to 7 feet). The highest wave action is in general over the northern and eastern open sea area.

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Friday midday:
Variably cloudy with a few morning showers. Expect hazy and breezy conditions.

Forecaster:
Kasmani.

The next weather forecast will be issued on Wednesday 17:00 l.t. (21:00 UTC).
