Forecast

Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Friday midday 12:00 l.t., June 27, 2025.

Issued:
Thursday June 26, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).

Weather:
Partly cloudy with generally dry weather, hazy conditions, and brisk winds. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:14 and sunset at 19:04.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong to near gale in gusts; force 6 to 7 (40 to 61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).

Synopsis:
Relatively stable weather conditions are expected to persist throughout the forecast period, inhibiting the development of significant clouds over the island and resulting in generally dry weather. However, occasional patches of clouds may pass over the island, possibly bringing a light, isolated shower; these are not expected to be significant. Low concentrations of fine Saharan dust will reduce visibility and air quality across the region. Additionally, an extension of a high-pressure area will bring moderate to occasionally near-gale winds today, which will gradually decrease by tomorrow morning.

Sea conditions:
Moderate to fairly rough with wave heights of 1.5 to 2 meter (4 to 7 feet). The highest waves are located on the northern and eastern part of the island.

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Saturday midday:
Generally partly cloudy and hazy, with a temporary increasing moisture by Saturday morning, leading to a local shower.

Forecaster:
Kasmani.

The next weather forecast will be issued on Thursday 17:00 l.t. (21:00 UTC).
