Partly cloudy to clear and a bit hazy sky. A few passing showers will become possible into tomorrow. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:19 and sunset at 19:05.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong in gusts; force 6 (40 to 50 km/h, 22 to 27 knots).

Synopsis:
A dry, stable and somewhat hazy air mass will sit across the region and continue to restrict any meaningful shower activity over and around the island through tonight. Thereafter into tomorrow however, a moist air related to a slow moving weak tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean Sea this evening, is expected to ignite a few light showers on to early in the afternoon. Besides, the Atlantic high will maintain a moderate to fresh easterly winds over the next several days.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights between 1 and 2 meters (3 and 6 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
An area of low pressure moving west over the northern portions of the Florida Peninsula this evening has a reasonable chance to become the next tropical cyclone of the season, when advancing over the Gulf eventually. This future cyclone will not pose a threat to Curaçao.
