Friday June 13, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).
Weather:

CODE YELLOW: A CAUTIONARY STATEMENT FOR ROUGH SEAS IS IN EFFECT.
Weather: Partly to mostly cloudy with periods of showers and an isolated
thunderstorm.
Forecast high will be 30ºC, and the low will be 26ºC.
Sunrise will occur at 06:11 and sunset at 19:01.

knots). Occasionally strong to sometimes near gale in gusts; force 6 to 7 (40 to
61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).
Synopsis:
A westward-moving tropical wave along the eastern Caribbean islands,
along with some influences from the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), is
providing sufficient moisture and will affect the weather over our region. This
enhances significant cloud development, causing periods of showers. An isolated
thunderstorm is not excluded. Additionally, the extension of an Atlantic
high-pressure area will generate more winds during the day, resulting in
moderate to quite rough sea conditions.
Sea conditions:
Moderate to quite rough with wave heights of 1.5 to 2.5 meters
(4 to 8 feet). The highest waves are mainly located over the northern and
eastern part of the island. It is advised that mariners exercise caution when
navigating in these conditions and that swimmers stay close to shore. Therefore,
a cautionary statement for rough seas (code yellow) is in effect.
Significant tropical weather systems:
None.
Special features:
None.
Outlook until Sunday midday:
Partly to mostly cloudy with a few showers. A
gradual decrease in shower activity is expected starting Sunday midday.
Forecaster:
Kasmani.
The next weather forecast will be issued on Friday 17:55 l.t. (21:55 UTC).
