Synopsis:
A westward moving Tropical Wave located east of the ABC islands is currently affecting the region, leading to significant cloud development. Periods of scattered showers and thunderstorms are anticipated over the next 24 hours. Moderate to sometimes heavy rainfall, particularly in the afternoon, may lead to localized flooding in some areas of the island. A temporary decrease in the wind is expected in the afternoon, however an increase will persist again later tonight into tomorrow. Over the past 24 hours until 8:00 AM this morning, the following rainfall amounts were recorded on our island: Spaanse Water 3 mm, Hato 4 mm, Midden-Seinpost 5 mm, Punda 11 mm, Seru Kokori 12 mm, Seru Mahuma 12 mm, Santa Maria 19 mm, Van Engelen 21 mm.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights of 1 to 1.5 meters (3 to 5 feet).
