Forecast

Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Tuesday midday 12:00 l.t., June 17, 2025.

Issued:
Monday June 16, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).

Weather:
Partly cloudy and generally dry conditions. Somewhat hazy with quite a lot of wind. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:12 and sunset at 19:02.

Winds:
Easterly and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong in gusts; force 6 (40 to 50 km/h, 22 to 27 knots).

Synopsis:
The extension of an Atlantic high-pressure system will affect the weather within our region today, causing generally dry weather with partly cloudy conditions. Furthermore, a low concentration of fine Saharan dust is present but poses no significant impact. However, individuals who are highly sensitive may still experience minor respiratory or allergy-related effects. By tomorrow morning, a slight increase in moisture over the island may inhibit low-level cloud development, causing a brief, isolated shower.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights of 1.5 to 2 meter (4 to 7 feet). The highest waves will continue over the exposed sea area.

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Wednesday midday:
Partly cloudy conditions expected, with a chance of a few local morning showers.

Forecaster:
Kasmani

The next weather forecast will be issued on Monday 17:55 l.t. (21:55 UTC).
