A westward moving Tropical Wave located east of the ABC islands is currently affecting the region, leading to significant cloud development. Periods of scattered showers and thunderstorms are anticipated over the next 24 hours. Moderate to sometimes heavy rainfall, particularly in the afternoon, may lead to localized flooding in some areas of the island. A temporary decrease in the wind is expected in the afternoon, however an increase will persist again later tonight into tomorrow.
