Synopsis:
Today, localized showers from a weak tropical wave will taper off by mid-afternoon into cloudy skies with an isolated shower still possible. Tomorrow morning, an influx of moisture will spark some shower activity across the island, while an Atlantic high-pressure extension will drive trade winds with occasional gusts.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with wave heights between 1 and 2 meters (3 and 6 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
An area of low pressure moving west over the northern section of the Gulf of America is forecast to become a tropical cyclone prior to reach land area at some point in the day on Thursday. This future cyclone will not pose a threat to Curaçao.
