Varied direction and light to moderate; force 1 to 3 (1 to 19 km/h, 1 to 10 knots). Occasionally in and around showers, higher gust moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots).

Synopsis:
During the next 24 hours, hurricane Erin located north of the Caribbean Sea continues to maintain the atmospheric condition in our area somewhat favorable and ensures to continue generating significant clouds. In the afternoon to tomorrow morning, these clouds may generate moments of shower activity and there is a possibility that one or two may be accompanied by thunderstorms. Also the presence of this disturbance causes a weak wind flow, although during the shower it can be very breezy. Sea conditions will be calm, but this may become rough during heavier shower.

Sea conditions:
Calm to tranquil with wave heights less than 1 meter (3 feet). The highest wave action is expected in showers.

Significant tropical weather systems:
Hurricane Erin is positioned 450 kilometers northwest of Puerto Rico and continues to move west northwest, staying out of the Caribbean Sea. Hurricane Erin will not be a threat to Curaçao.
