Issued:
Wednesday July 30, 2025, 05:00 l.t. (09:00 UTC).

Weather:
Sunny and generally dry. Forecast high will be 32ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:22 and sunset at 19:02.

Winds:
Easterly and gentle to moderate; force 3 to 4 (12 to 30 km/h, 7 to 16 knots). A few occasional gusts to fresh; force 5 (31 to 39 km/h, 17 to 21 knots).

Synopsis:
The current weather conditions will continue to limit the development of significant cloud formation over our region. As a result, a predominantly dry weather type will continue to prevail on our island this afternoon and evening. An increase in humidity in the lower air layers is expected tomorrow morning. This will temporarily cause slightly more cloudiness, but the chance of precipitation will remain virtually small, while a light concentration of Sahara dust will limit the visibility somewhat for the next day or two over the Southern Caribbean region.

Sea conditions:
Moderate with waves between 1 and 1.5 meter (3 and 5 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
An earthquake measuring 8.7 on the Richter scale took place near the Kamchatka Peninsula located on the east coast of Russia. This occurence has been registered yesterday, July 29, 2025, 2:25pm local time. Aftershocks up to 6.9 on the Richter scale has been recorded.
