Forecast

Weather Forecast for Curaçao and surroundings valid until Monday midday 12:00 l.t., July 21, 2025.

Issued:
Sunday July 20, 2025, 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).

Weather:
The sky is partly cloudy, occasionally cloudy. Wind will blow relatively strong during this afternoon. Forecast high will be 31ºC, and the low will be 26ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:20 and sunset at 19:04.

Winds:
From a east to southeast directions and moderate to fresh; force 4 to 5 (20 to 39 km/h, 11 to 21 knots). Occasionally strong to near gale in gusts; force 6 to 7 (40 to 61 km/h, 22 to 33 knots).

Synopsis:
A weak unstable environment and pockets of moisture within moderate to fresh trades could lead to an occasional shower activity over and around the island during the next 24 hours. A broad area of high pressure over the northern Atlantic will help generate a fairly strong wind flow in our region. As a result, the sea around the island can become locally quite rough in the afternoon. Furthermore, increased clouds between tonight and tomorrow morning may lead to some local rain, this without excluding chances for an isolated thunderstorm.

Sea conditions:
Moderate to generally somewhat rough over the open sea area, with wave heights between 1 and 2 meters (3 and 7 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
None.

Special features:
None.

Outlook until Tuesday midday:
Variably cloudy with isolated showers possible mainly during morning.

Forecaster:
Correa

The next weather forecast will be issued on Sunday 11:00 l.t. (15:00 UTC).
