Partly cloudy with a slight possibility of a passing shower of minor significance. Forecast high will be 33ºC, and the low will be 27ºC. Sunrise will occur at 06:24 and sunset at 18:56.

Winds:
Southeasterly and light to moderate; force 2 to 4 (7 to 30 km/h, 4 to 16 knots). A few occasional gusts to fresh; force 5 (31 to 39 km/h, 17 to 21 knots).

Synopsis:
During the morning hours, moisture entry will improve atmospheric conditions for cloud formation in our region. A weak tropical wave located east of the ABC Islands is currently influencing the regional weather pattern. Despite this, not much significant rainfall activity is expected during much of the day on our island. The wind regime will decrease over the next 24 hours and become calm this weekend.

Sea conditions:
Slight with wave heights between 0.5 and 1 meter (2 and 4 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
Tropical Storm Erin, currently situated east of the northern Leeward Islands, is moving west-northwest and is forecast to intensify into a hurricane by Friday. Environmental conditions suggest further strengthening into a major hurricane by Sunday. According to current projections, Erin poses no threat to Curaçao.
