Synopsis:
Although atmospheric conditions are slightly favorable for significant clouds to continue passing through our region, no significant precipitation is expected during much of the day on our island. In addition, the strength of the wind will vary between weak and moderate, fostering possible feelings of heat. Also, fine Sahara dust will keep visibility slightly reduced in our area over the next one to two days.

Sea conditions:
Slight to moderate with wave heights between 0.5 and 1.5 meter (2 and 5 feet).

Significant tropical weather systems:
Tropical Storm Erin is located east of the northern Leeward Islands and continues to move in west northwest direction and is likely to become a hurricane by Friday. Tropical Storm Erin will not be a threat to Curaçao.
